Our story
Tri-Cities Sparkle Clean started because getting a house cleaned around here was harder than it needed to be. You called three companies, two never called back, and the third quoted an hourly rate that could mean anything. Then you waited in a four hour window, and when the visit was over you had no idea whether next time would look the same.
We fixed that with two decisions. First, everything is bookable online with a flat rate you see before you confirm, so there is no phone tag and no guessing. Second, every visit follows the same written checklist, so the fifth clean looks exactly like the first. The result is boring in the best possible way: you book, we show up, your house looks great.
We are locally owned and we work the same streets we live on, from Southridge to Road 68 to the Alphabet Houses in Richland. Our pros are background checked, insured, and trained before they ever work in a home alone, and most of our recurring clients see the same person every visit.
Why an otter
Otters are the tidiest neighbors on the Columbia. They groom constantly, they are careful with what they carry, and they clearly enjoy the work. That is the standard we hold ourselves to: attentive, thorough, and genuinely glad to be there.
Sparkle, our otter, ended up on the van and the website because she captures the thing we care most about, which is that the details are the job. Anyone can wipe a counter. Getting the faucet base, the sink drain, and the backsplash grout is what makes a kitchen look finished.
