Booking and pricing

Prices quoted online are flat rates based on the home details you provide. If the home differs significantly from what was booked (size, condition, or scope), we will contact you before adjusting anything.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule free with at least 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours, a partial fee may apply. There are no contracts and you may stop recurring service at any time.

Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to the home. Our cleaners do not use ladders beyond safe reach, move heavy furniture or appliances, or handle biohazard, mold, or pest situations.

Satisfaction guarantee

Let us make your home sparkle: if anything is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and fix it free. Requests outside that window are handled at our discretion.
