What is included in a standard cleaning?

Kitchen, all bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: surfaces dusted, counters and sinks cleaned and sanitized, appliance exteriors wiped, mirrors and glass done, beds made, trash emptied, and all floors vacuumed and mopped. Interior oven, interior fridge, and interior windows are deep clean items.

How do I book, and can I reschedule?

Book online in about 60 seconds, any hour of the day. You can reschedule or change your frequency from your booking confirmation, or call us. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead are always free.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, everything: commercial grade vacuums, microfiber, and professional products. If you prefer a specific product for natural stone, sealed hardwood, or a sensitivity in your household, leave it out with a note and we will use it instead.

Let us make your home sparkle. If anything is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it free. Happy or we fix it, with no argument and no fine print.

What areas do you serve?

Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, Finley, and Burbank. Same flat rates in every one of them, including the smaller towns, with no travel surcharge.

Payment is cash free and handled securely online with a card when you book. Nothing changes hands at your door, and you get an emailed receipt after every visit.

Do you offer discounts for recurring service?

Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and every four week schedules are priced below one time cleanings, and the discount shows automatically when you pick your frequency online. New clients also get $25 off the first service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule free with at least 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours a partial fee may apply, because that slot was held for you and your pro planned their day around it.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and our cleaners are bonded and background checked before they work in a home alone. We can provide proof of insurance on request.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Pick up loose items and clothing from floors and counters so your pro spends the visit cleaning instead of tidying, run the dishwasher if the sink is full, and leave access details in your booking notes. That is it.

What about pets and home access?

Accepted Answer

Pets are welcome to stay home. Tell us their names and where they will be so your cleaner can plan around them. For access, leave a door code, lockbox code, or garage code in your notes. You do not need to be home.
