What move-in / move-out cleaning looks like with us
Move-out cleaning has one job: leave nothing for a landlord, property manager, or buyer to flag. Move-in cleaning has the opposite job: erase whoever lived there before so the house feels like yours from the first night. We treat both as the same detailed service, done in an empty home where there is nowhere for grime to hide.
That emptiness is exactly why this service is different from a regular deep clean. With cabinets bare and appliances pulled forward, we clean surfaces that are normally unreachable: the insides of every drawer and cupboard, closet shelves and rods, the walls of the pantry, the floor under the fridge, and the sides of the range where years of splatter live. Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator are included by default, not add-ons.
We work from a checklist built around the inspection lists local property managers actually use in Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland: appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, window tracks and blinds, light fixtures, vents, baseboards, and floors last. If you are handing keys back, that list is the difference between a full deposit and a deduction.
Timing matters on a move, so book once your furniture is out (or before yours arrives) and give us clear access details. Flat-rate quote up front, online payment, and the same 24 hour guarantee. If your walkthrough turns up something, call us and we come back free.
